I've been where you are
I bought my first business and found out fast how much everything depends on the phone ringing. No marketing department, no one to ask, just me guessing. The rent doesn't care that it was a slow week. Neither does the electric bill.

So I hired freelancers. One did pretty posts. One did a website. Nobody could tell me what to actually do. I'd sit there at night with a cafecito thinking there has to be a better way, and it turned out the better way was learning it myself. So I went and studied digital marketing properly, on top of the master's I already had.

Today Super Social runs Google and Facebook campaigns for service businesses across Broward and Miami-Dade, with a team behind every account. But the reason it exists hasn't changed. So you don't have to be the one figuring it out at midnight, and when you finally hand it to someone, you get back what you were actually looking for.
